'Turning the place over', the former Yates's Wine Lodge building, opposite Moorfields Railway Station, Liverpool. The derelict building is set a strange "artwork", the brainchild of sculptor Richard Wilson, who cut an egg-shaped section out of the building, fixing the eight metre diameter piece on a pivot. It is reported to have cost £450,000 - money well spent?
